hello,
i have approx 100+ dwg files which do have coordinates. i need to merge all of them and make one gigantic file. i intend to do it with a script, if possible, maybe using something like scriptpro; or even a lisp. what i have in my mind is that i open up one file (the one that i want to become gigantic), and then insert all others into it.i can have the 99 other files in the same folder, and somehow, tell autocad to go grab them and insert them. since they all have valid coordinates, autocad will know where they go. i would appreciate any suggestions in this regard. thanks...

achhibber,
I would insert the dwg as xrefs -> bind -> insert....
