Autocad extra annoying toolbar ?

In Autocad i get an extra toolbar by the name of eDrawing Publisher. When i click on properties I can't find "eDrawings" or "Drawing Publisher" any where, it's liked they use ARX to hide everything. I would like to know if anyone else has the same problem I do.

Try double clicking on the 2 vertical lines on the left side of the toolbar. That should bring it onto your main Autocad window then you will be albe to close the toolbar.
