Auto-Meshing Perpindicular Shell Elements 1

Is there a way for SAP2000 to auto-mesh perpendicular shell elements? For example, you are modeling a shear wall on a mat foundation. Set the shear wall to auto mesh, and have each auto meshed node connect to the mat?

It is not necessary joints of the wall and of the mat to be coincident.
You can use Assign->Area->Generate Edge Constarints->Create Constraints Around Object Edges to make SAP automatically "weld" non-coincident joints from different objects.
