I am looking for a copy of "Design and Construction of augercast piles in Florida". I would also be interested in other references regarding design of augercast piles.

You might try the Deep Foundations Institute or DFI in the U.S. I just have recently purchased the most recent copies of model specifications and inspection guides for augercast piling. Another good source would be the local augercast pile contractor in your area. An interesting sort of off topic comment. Just was recently talking with software/geotechnical consultant who also helps teach an number of FHWA courses and he note a recent project in Florida where contractor allowed augers to rotate without crowding/advancing auger. The end result was loosening sands around site and turning the project into a very expensive remediation project. I've also seen many augercast piles installed properly in deep sands providing a cost effective foundation solutions for heavily loaded industrial structures. I would suggest having a good specification and a good inspector/engineer/etc. on site.
