How to interpret the attenuation (dB) vs frequency plot?

How does that will correlate with Noise SPL (dB) vs frequency?

Does anybody aware with Simulation Acoustic Attenuation of Intake Systems 4-Pole Parameters method?

Please provide me some information, if you have

If you add your source spectrum to your attenuation spectrum you should get your noise spectrum. Roughly.

Read up on insertion loss and transmission loss, I can never remember which is which.
