Attaching aerial photography to a triangulated 3d topographical survey

Hello Everyone,
How do I attach aerial photography to a 3D topographical survey so that the aerial photography will attach itself to the 3D survey and look like a real landscape?
If anyone out there knows I would love to hear from you
