Is there an ASTM spec for threaded rebar? I can't seem to find one.

If there isn't an ASTM out there, what is the best way to spec threaded rebar and corresponding nuts so that the bars get threaded properly (ie with the correct thread size, pitch, etc..)

Are standard ASTM A563 (Carbon and Alloy Steel Nuts) acceptable for threaded rebar?

thanks

I have called out Williams Rod or approved equilivant in the past. Do a google search for William Rod and take a look at what they offer, it may help you write a spec.

You can also use Dywidag bars
