hi
I have one pqr for A516-Gr.70 material thickness is 6mm
and laboratory impact tested in -46C for subsize 3.3*10(MM)
and the results are for WL:26.6(J),FL:25.3(J),FL+2:31.3(J),
and FL+5:37.6(J).pls. note that -46C is MDMT for our
project.
now my problem is this:according to para 323.3.4 in B31.3
whene we use subsize we have to reduce temprature and jols also but as you see above we did not reduce temp. and energy. and client did not accept PQR. what can I do?

You must requalify your procedure for the Charpy impact test. B31.3 requires test temp. reduction when the thickness of the CVN coupon is less than 80% of the maximum obtainable thickness (6 mm in your case). You can requalify using 4.8 mm or thicker test coupons without the temperature reduction. If you have excess material from the original PQR, you can machine new CVN coupons and test accordingly.
