I understand the differences between Class 1 & Class 2 of Grade LF2 in terms of minimum Charpy impact energy and test temperature.
What is the difference in heat treatments implicit in the requirements (or, it is not implicit but just based on practice)? Para. 5.4.2 lists three possibilities.
"If you don't have time to do the job right the first time, when are you going to find time to repair it?"
