ASTM A312 Testing Requirements??

Is there someone that would help me out with the requirements of ASTM A312?

I specified a stainless steel pipe 316L that shall conform to ASTM A312. My pipe will range in size from 2" to 10" in diameter.

With referencing ASTM A312, what are the quality control tests the manufacturer are required to perform?

Longitudinal tension test?
Flattening test?
Grain size?
Certification (hydrostatic test)?
Chemical composition (ASTM A999)?
Heat Analysis (ASTM A999)?
