Tensile strength, minimum: 31 ksi (214 MPa).
Chemistry: Phosphorus 0.75% max, Sulfur 0.15% max.

It gives details on sampling for composition, tensile test specimens & also gives several equivalent Classes in ASTM A48 (note: these are size-dependent).
