Assymetrical and elongated Inspection Box on Dual Dims

I have been trying to get this solved for 2 years and 3 releases. When creating dual dimensions, and inserting the Inspection Box, the box becomes elongated and assymetrical. The worst case occurs with dual dims and bi-lateral tolerences. Many times the boxes overlap other dimensions. Does anyone have a way to resize the Inspection Box? or how to create a new one?

I have not found a way. I did turn in to SW twice for a fix in 2005.
