Assigning contact control

Hi,

I am doing one 2D contact analysis problem, using the Abaqus manual.
Following the steps, I have defined contact control.

However, I am not able to assign the contact control, as the contact control dialog box is showing inactive. Please see the attached screenshot.

How do I activate it? Could anyone help, please?

Edit this contact pair definition in analysis step (not Initial one) and it should be possible to assign contact controls.
