Would it be possible in SW2005 when i use broken out section that I would like to select some items that I don't want to be hatched or broken-out ?

Not yet. I have sent this in a couple times as enhancement. Maybe if others send it in, they will change it.

I still believe the best method for producing what you are looking for is to create another configuration in your assembly and using assembly cuts to create the section. Edit the feature scope to remove components that you do not want cut. Within the drawing you can then apply area hatch to the sectioned faces.

This is a very old school work around, but it seems to still be the only way.

Is it functional in an ISO view using 2006. I have not had much success creating broken sections in Iso's to date.
