Assembly regeneration YELLOW light

When I regenerate my assembly it gives me a yellow light and when I bring up a Regeneration Manager, all the components are regenerated.

Any clue what can be a problem?

It's worth a shot to open each part file from the assembly in session and do a full regen on all of them one by one, then with the assembly in session give it another shot.
