I want to assemble and prepare and animation video of a stud and nut so that rotation of nut gives axial motion of nut along the threads. Can anyone please tell which assembly constraints can I use in ProE w f 4.0 to do this??

If you mean "Mechanism", then you will have to model the thread. Alternatively, you can define a helix on the bolt surface and a point on the Nut.
Assembly constraint would then be Default Location for the bolt.
Nut constraints would be "Insert" for the axes and "Point on Curve". Ensure that the assembly is NOT fully constrained.
To test, try to drag the nut or rotate the nut. The nut should advance by the pitch of the helix.

how can i download some training files about it

thanks.

unfortunately there is less free help about Pro-Engineer.
See http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=myvuRhb5OIg
might give you some idea. Sri has posted you the best way
how to do it... try try again.....

Another way is to directly configure it in mechanism &
specify the lateral distance (pitch) with respect to the
rotation angle.

I'll try to post a video of the same soon.
