Assembly Navigator - Column Sorting

What's the difference between the columns, "Descriptive Part Name" and "Part Name" ?

I wanted to sort components alphanumerically but "Descriptive Part Name" wouldn't display correctly. I had to toggle on "Part Name" to get what I needed.

NX 9.0.2.5 (Desperate for 9.0.3)
NX 10 (Testing)
Windows 7 64 (Windows 8.1 Tablet)

one is the filename in os, the other is the discription in the assembly
