If this subject was discussed previously, forgive me, but I was wondering if anyone could help me with how I can manage the speed at which an assembly explodes. After updating to CREO 2.0, the time it takes our assemblies to explode is probably less than a second. Previously, our assemblies exploded at a slower speed to where you could see the components moving, thus getting a better understanding of how the components interact with each other. If anyone could post whatever it is that needs to be set, whether it's in the config file or just a setting in the program, it would be appreciated.

My explodes have always been instantaneous no matter what version of Pro I'm running.

Maybe it's your graphics card?

Did you change anything on your computer when you went to Creo?

First time I've ever heard anybody say anything happens faster in Creo!

The computers are new with very good graphics cards. I'll keep doing some research to see what if any settings control the speed at which the assemblies explode.

Does that mean that your old computers were slow with not so good graphics cards?

If so, that is probably why.
