I am creating four different arrangements for a large assembly.

Since i am moving some of the parts , i used to set the following parameters before moving. But i really dont know , all of them is strictly necessary.

1. Right click on component -> PArameters -> Individually positioned arrangment section.
2. Right click on component -> Override position.
3. While moving , Settings ->arrangments -> Apply to used.

My question is whether all of the above is necessary to move a component in different arrangements or any one of them is sufficient.

Well, the only time that you need to use the 'Override Position' is when you're moving Components at the top Assembly level which are in a Sub-Assembly.

Little bit confusing. But i understand it is not necessary.

Is it possible to explain the option "Apply to Used" in move components tool. What does it mean actually.

When you move a Component, this is how you save that new position in the current Arrangement being "used".
