Aspen Data Interchange: Hysys VS Hetran

Is it possible to transfer stream compositions and properties from Hysys to Aspen Hetran (B-JAC module), and if yes, how this can be done? Or, if direct data transfer is impossible, what other procedures are available (doing it through AspenPlus, perhaps)?

Aspen Hetran doesn't look so much user-oriented like Hysys and defining inlet and outlet stream from heat exchanger seems to be a task where it is very easy to make a mistake.
