ASME Y14.38-1999 Abbreviations

Hi,

Just wanted to get some feedback on how many acronyms and abbreviations are in this standard. We are considering buying it and would like to know if it extends beyond what would be seen on a drawing. Does it have abreviations for alot of words like "Bracket" "Plate" "Housing" "Printer" or is it more geared towards words like "Thread" "Countersunk" "Typical" that are on drawings?
