thread794-68053 Still looking for copy of the standard. GAScott has copy of the earlier edition standards. The previous thread was closed. Thank you.

Ben-

First, there is no such thing as "ASME Section VIII Section 1."
For 1965 there is an ASME Section VIII.
For 1968 there are both ASME Section VIII Division 1 and Division 2.

Now, few people are going to just give you a copy of a several hundred page document.

Most people would be seeking these codes because they have a very specific need. If you do, and you enlighten us as to what specific details you are interested in, we may be able to help you.

Another source of info would be your AI, and if you happen to use the Cal-OSHA Pressure Vessel Unit AI's then you pretty much have the ultimate authority if your vessel happens to be located in California.

ITE, thanks for the information and help.

ITE, by the way, we are performing T(min) cals using PV Elite. The pressure vessels were manufaturered in 1965 but the material database does not go back to that specific year.
