I just ran upon a conflict between UG-100 of Sec. VIII and Section 5.2.4 of CSA B620-98. The newer ASME Code has lowered the multiplier and now calls for pneumatic at a minimum "and maximum" of 1.1 times the max design pressure. B620 calls for pneumatic of TC 341 vessels at 1.25 times the max design pressure. It makes it very difficult to build cryogenic storage or transports in the US and ship to Canada. Has anyone else encountered this yet?
