ASME sect. IX qualified a PQR with a T joint for fillet weld according to QW-451.3

Hi,

If I qualified a PQR for fillet weld (T-Joint, QW-451.3) without toughness, can I use this to weld a part with a toughness requirement?

@louis lac, a PQR qualified without toughness cannot be used for a weld with toughness, regardless of whether the coupon/job is a fillet weld or a groove weld.
