Where impact testing is a requirement, I shall verify if QW-170 is satisfied in previous qualification.
If QW-170 is satisfied, then WPS qualified as per any previous edition of Section IX (not older than 1962 edition)be used for 2013 Edition of Section VIII-1. This is how, I read and understand Section IX.
