I'm looking over some old calculations here and I see that Article 4-9 "Stresses in Perforated Flat Plates" of 2004 ASME Section VIII Div 2 was used, I don't have a copy of this version on hand. I've looked in 2007 and 2013 codes and this Article doesn't seem to be there. Does anyone know if it was perhaps changed and moved/incorporated into Annex 5-E "Design Methods for Perforated Plates Based on Elastic Stress Analysis" or what happened to it?
