We have a customer that has a small pressure vessel (90 liters) They want to re-rate the vessel to a Higher Temperature 300° F to 350° F.

We are the original ASME manufacturer of the vessel it's a "UM" stamped vessel.

Can we simply re-qualify the Vessel to 350° F with updated U1 documentation and an updated the ASME nameplate?

Legally the vessel if not registered with the n.b. is the jurisdiction call and your A.I. may need to be involved. If you keep it quiet... You may d what you want if the vessel pass the calculation test care full if the vessel is corroded... For a few dollars you will get in a lot of trouble. By making a new vessel you may get better payday.
