We have a customer that has a small pressure vessel (90 liters) They want to re-rate the vessel to a Higher Temperature 30° F to 350° F.

We are the original ASME manufacturer of the vessel it's a "UM" stamped vessel.

Can we simply re-qualify the Vessel to 350° F with updated U1 documentation and an updated the ASME nameplate?

You need to determine if there is a regulatory body where the object is installed. If there is no regulatory body, the insurer of the vessel and owner would be the ones to determine if what you proposed is acceptable. If it were me, I would follow the re-rating requirements in the National Board Inspection Code, or with API 510.
