Hello out there , i was wondering if i could get some help with ASME QW403.5. When i read it i am sorry to say that it confuses me.Is there a simple set of examples someone could tell me about. Thanks in advance.

It would help if you stated which part of QW 403.5 confuses you ?

I will suggest that do not jump directly on article IV as it may found more confusion. Refer article four when and only if mentioned in article II and III.

But Still if you have any query regarding ant paragraph please could you elaborate same?
