Can someone give me the value of the weld joint reduction factor for the material SA 240 304H at a temperature of 750°C (99000 hrs) and creep at 815°C (1000 hrs)?

I have ASME B31.3 edition 2008, but not edition 2004. In the edition of 2004, the table of factors was not yet added.

can someone help me?

What are you trying to accomplish? As you said, the weld joint reduction factors weren't in the previous edition, and are therefore not part of the calculations.

I have to do a small calculation of a straight pipe with ASME B31.3 (2004). But I am a pressure vessel engineer and know not a lot about the piping engineering. I also only have the latest edition (2008). In the edition of 2004, the welding joint factor has been added. And the determination of the weld joint reduction factor differs in the two editions. It will be important for the calculation.

Either get a copy of the 2004 Edition, or get an experienced piping engineer involved. I would lean towards the latter, since this is not your area of expertise.
