ASME & minimum pressure vessel sizing

I am fabricating a pressure vessel for a testwork facility which requires 5 x individual sampling bombs equally spaced along the vessel of approx 300mls volume each. Does anyone know if these sample bombs require 100% NDT under the code?

Unless I'm mistaken, ASME VIII Div. 1 does not require any NDT. I'm aware of at least one case where a refinery didn't specify the level of NDT and received a vessel with no RT and I think a 70% joint efficiency.
