ASM Modify/Dim/Dim Cosmetics?

We just switched to Wildfire 2.0 from 2001 and stating I am having a difficult time would be an understatement. In assembly mode, after creating a ref dim, where is the option to flip arrows, move the ref dim? In 2001 it was modify> modify dim> dim cosmetics. I cannot find it in the Menu Mapper nor can I find any edit option in Wildfire.

I figured out that the "Smart Filter" needed changed to "Annotation" in order to select the dimension. I could only then choose the "Ref Dim" and RMB for Properties.
