ASIC in ECL

What vendors / technology allow ECL on an ASIC.
I am looking for small number of gates probably no more than 1000 but they have to switch fast, tens of pico seconds from FF clock to Q o/p.
Also it needs to be military spec ie: -55 to +125 temp range.

Austin Semiconductor is a custom semiconductor company. They have done ECLinPS parts with 100pS rise and fall times. I would need more information to be of more help.
