I have a comment from a str Reviewer in royal commission in KSA about the wind speed used in Etabs model with ASCE7-10

he is talking about factored wind speed , anybody have information concerning this iisue ????

ASCE 7-10 is different than previous versions of 7 in that it now uses an "ultimate" wind force instead of a service level wind.

So if you look at the ASCE 7-10 load combinations in the earlier chapters they now use 1.0W instead of 1.6W for factored combinations.
