ASCE 7-05 Wind analysis METHOD 2 program recommendation

I'm looking for a recommendation for a stand alone program that generates wind loads per ASCE 7-05 METHOD 2 (not method 1, simplified).

The Enercalc program I have only does method 1.

It doesn't need to be freeware, just good.
