Figure 6-10 on page 51 of ASCE 7-05 identifies the Cp value to use for arched roofs. How would you define "Windward Quarter and Center Half" for an arched roof. ASCE 7-05 does not provide any information regarding this. I have attached two options which show two different interpretations. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

From the wording, I'd divide it based on arc lengths, but haven't examined the standard to confirm.

I recommend you look at Dr. Kishor Mehta's book "Wind Loads: Guide to the Wind Load Provisions of ASCE 7-05". I have the ASCE7-02 edition and it covers your question. However, Dr. Mehta's 7-05 Guide answers your question using 7-05 requirements.
