ASCE 3-second gust wind speed map county by county?

Does anyone know where to get a (/an electronic) wind zone map or table which gives ASCE 3-second gust wind speed county by county? Thanks,

Check with the state that you are looking for. Louisiana has their own wind maps which breaks ASCE 7 wind zones down by parish

New Jersey also has their own. It is Bulletin 03-4 in the NJUCC Blue Book (Administrative Volume).
