Array on surface?

Hello,

I'm currently modeling a tail light and I'm trying to make the bumps on the back of the glass.

I was wondering if anyone could give me any advice on the best way to do this


by the way, the "bumps" in the screenshot are wayyy too deep


I attached the solidworks file if anyone wants to play with it (unsupress everything)
