ARelDoctor Tool (solid edge)

ARelDoctor tool, I tried to open this & can`t get it to work. What am I doing wrong.This tool is located in the (Solid Edge\Custom\ARelDoctor) and is named ARelDoctor.exe

Never had any problems with it but it can take a LONG time on big assemblies.
