Applying border.

Hi.

How can I aply a border to the blue edge?
I can only choose the orange one.

I mean an edge blend with this file.

Go back and edit the Swept feature, toggling ON the 'Preserve Shape' option. What this does is assures that NO approximation is done when the profile is used to sweep the solid. In other words, the corners are going to stay SHARP. Now you'll be able to create those blends on ALL the helical edges.
