applicable code for utility piping in Canada 1

hello, what is the applicable code to design of small diameter (3 inch) and short length (few hundred meters) piping with utility (fuel) natural gas and instrument air, in Canada? What does it depend on?

Where is this being installed? If it's domestic/commercial fuel gas, CSA B149 would be your code of construction. I'm not sure for instrument air, but is this part of a facility that follows other piping codes? (e.g. B31.3, CSA Z661 etc).
