hello,
Question : applicability of rod bar diam.20 mm between pipe and support?

What exactly is your question? Please be more specific, and also include details, like service conditions, pressure & temperature, diameter, material of construction, design code, etc.

HOUARI YAHIAOUI,
If I understand your question correctly you are talking about small steel rods welded to the top of pipe rack support surfaces to reduce the contact between the pipe and the structural steel.

This was done many years ago by a certain major Oil and Gas Refiner with the idea that it reduced the corrosion of the pipe at the contact points.

It turned out to be a very costly feature to the original installation and it proved to cause more damage to the pipe due to "Notch" damage to the pipes as they expand and contract during thermal changes.

Recommendation: It is very costly, Don't do it.

Sometimes its possible to do all the right things and still get bad results
