API - Thermal PSV - 120 or 140

We have a disagreement in the office - one camp uses 120 F for thermal PSV calcs for tank farm situations - another camp swears by 140 F - as an FYI our client seems to accept either - does anyone know if API provides guidance - we are in the area by the Great Lakes so it is NOT a southern (hot) location

The API guidelines don't provide a specific max temperature value for lines exposed to radiant heating from the sun. That's a decision left to the user.
