API standards for hand equipment

I am being asked to write a specification for a hand pump. This will be a crank-driven lobe pump or diaphragm.

Does anyone know what API specification applies?

API 676 covers rotary lobe pumps and API 675 diaphragm pumps (with manual stroke control). Both will not really fit to your hand pump but you can at least refer to some chapters of the standards.
