Again, we now begin the silly dance of trying to find out what question people are actually asking
By 300 psi do you mean a head of ~693 ft....? ( or is this the flange rating on a nozzle)
430 cfm equals ~ 3216 gallons per minute...
The liquid hp for 3216 gpm and 693 TDH is 562 hp....not 60.
