API - PropertyManagerPage - How Get Current Selected

I am in process of writing my first macro that will appear in the PropertyManagerPage section of SW. I've got the Propeerty Manager initialized and have a CONTROL Selection box there (similar to a VB listbox). Does anyone know how to tell what is contained in that selection box? I have been able to figure out what is newly selected, but I have no idea of how to know what has be de-selected or removed from the selection list.
