Dear Sirs,

Please can you give me some advices of how we can calculate that the bolting stress not exceed 0.83 of SMYS at test condition?
Should we implement this factor (0.83) in the limit stress of the equation of ASME B16.34 6.4.1.1? or 6.4.2.1?

Your help will be really apreciate.
