Could somebody tell me where this last API 653 issu can be ordered quickly ?

The addendum should be available by downloadable pdf when it's released. If you bought the 653, the addendum should be free to download.

The final draft was sent to the committee for review on 16 March with comments due 30 March. I'm not sure what the projected publication date is.
