What is the formula to calculate Nh? Can anyone please help me out?

Nh= ( By definition ) The product hydrostatic membrane hoop load.

Nh = 2.6(H – 1)DG (for US costomary units )

Nh = 4.9(H – 0.3)DG (for SI units )
