API 650 Wind Girder Section Computation

Hi there,

I'm just wondering what sort of wind velocity are you using in computing for H1 in section 3.9.7.1 if in case the actual/required exceeds 100 mph--fastest mile velocity or the ASCE 7-required 3-second gust?
